A single point of contact to advise you
A sales representative is your main contact, dedicated to your event.
He or she will accompany you through every phase of your project, advising you throughout the preparation of your event while respecting your budget, and finding the solutions and services best suited to your needs.
His job is also to ensure that your participants find their way around the seminar or congress site, and that your sponsors are visible. Your project manager can advise you on the layout of your space, and provide you with floor plans to help you visualize the proposed layouts.
He can also welcome you on site to show you around the convention center.
The business manager's role is also to order from his partners the services that you will have defined together in advance, in addition to the rental of meeting or conference rooms. He or she is responsible for coordinating, setting up and carrying out these services.
