A single point of contact
A project manager is your main contact, dedicated to your event.
Your project manager will work with you on all phases of your project, advise you throughout the preparation of your event while respecting your budget and identify the solutions and services to meet your needs.
Ensuring that your participants identify each other and circulate easily around our site, and that your sponsors are visible, is their business too. Therefore your project manager can advise you about spaces set up, offer you floor plans to help you better visualise the proposed installations. He can also welcome you for a visit of our different space.
The role of your project manager is also to order to our partner all the services that come in addition to the space rental that you would have discussed in advance. He ensure the coordination of those services, the set up and the good execution.
A technical and logistics support
The sales team is supported by a technical and logistics team. Acting as the skipper during your event, they work with and coordonate all suppliers so that your event is organised and delivered while respecting the security aspects, schedule and quality you expect. They are at your service for the duration of your event, and are close at hand to ensure responsiveness and guarantee the success of your event.
